President/CEO
Mr. Poorman is an Honorably Discharged Air Force Veteran and our new President and CEO. Lee has broad business experience as Field Operations/National Sales Manager for companies like Lanier and GE Medical. Lee specializes in Medical and Facilities equipment sales to fortune 500 clientele. Lee has his Bachelors in Human Resources and is experienced in staffing and operating large HR groups on a regional and national basis. Lee has been with the company since it's inception, and is all in on the IECLT philosophy of Veterans Helping Veterans. Lee has earned the respect of every veteran he encounters, as he works along side each and every one.
Scott Reed
Field Operations RMO B
Mr. Reed is an Air Force Veteran Honorably discharged after his 1972-76 service. Mr. Reed is IECLT’s Field Manager and RMO for its B-General Contractors license. His deep experience in all building trades includes General Contractor on one thousand+ residential units as well as condominium and commercial projects. Mr. Reed’s construction background also includes day to day operations and portfolio management for dozens of projects.
Steve DiPressi
CFO/RMO C27/D49
Mr. DiPressi brings with him three decades of broad business experience. His resume includes Business and Financial Consulting; Import/Export; Capital raising in Public/Private Finance Markets; Commercial and Investment Real Estate; as well as Asset Management and Valuation for Government, Hedge Fund, Large Institutions and Banks. With strong financial and paperwork training, appreciation for detail and strong interest in assisting Veterans, Mr. DiPressi is well suited for this critical position.
Denise Poorman
Director of Operations and Human Resources
Denise carries a Masters in Business and a Masters in Human Resources and has over 20 years of customer service experience as well as the understanding of the military life dynamics. Having experience in day to day operations and human resources, Denise is partnering with IECLT to assist in the operations of the company and provide administrative support to overall functions of the organization and the veterans employed.
Howard Funkhouser

After serving in as a Marine Blackhawk Pilot, Howard heads up the Medical devices division. Driven by a desire to help Soldiers with wound management, and Veterans with pain management, Howard and IECLT, Inc work with private vendors and government needs.
